Responsible for business process analysis, product validation and business monitoring. This role requires working with product/business owners to improve product capabilities in organizational settings.

Basic Functions:

Create critical reports with real-time data to analyze critical metrics.
Collect, analyze, and analyze data to provide answers to questions that will inform decisions about product sizing. Conduct data analysis and analysis to identify new opportunities to improve overall metrics.
Review the steps below to identify potential product issues and updates to available product features. Test and verify new features in production to ensure new features work as expected.
Work with cross-functional teams to perform key production tasks to help manage media technology products
Work with product owners to drive defect control and engineering teams to ensure the production environment is running without any critical defects

Minimum Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline with 1-5 years of experience
Data analysis and reporting skills
Strong in SQL
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or similar) applications required
Good organizational skills, prioritization and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task
