As Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement at Roundel, you will support the evolution of Roundel from sales and account management team to a solution-based sales organization by driving a thought leadership strategy that enables High-impact sales engagement through insights depth of customer goals and. Roundel Advertising Service. You will achieve this by bringing your digital marketing knowledge and skills to create a high impact customer experience and help guide our marketing intelligence efforts. You will lead a team of three managers and work cross-functionally, dealing with sales and account management, marketing and sales to achieve these goals. .
The successful candidate will be an integral part of Roundel’s strategy and business strategy team, reporting directly to the go-to-market strategy team leader. Job duties:
Manage and lead a team of 3+ sales force managers
Lead the team in creating multi-product solution reports focused on customer performance goals
Develop and implement processes for responsive analysis required to meet customer-specific needs/straightforward thought leadership needs
Develop and implement strategies for curriculum development
Coordinate with key sales and support meetings with key customers and support teams in content development for these engagements
Lead Roundel’s extensive “Voice of Customer” initiative.
Develop and implement marketing intelligence strategies, including leading relationships with third-party intelligence providers
Build and manage an external research center with market insights
