This position contributes to the success of Starbucks by taking end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, use and performance of multiple Data, Analytics, Monitoring and business data products. Summary Of Main Functions
Manages product design and development through day-to-day collaboration and decision-making with a cross-functional team including architects, developers, designers, and vendors and it is professional representatives.
Translating customer experience into technology requirements and product solutions. Promotes technical solutions for large functionalities/technically complex functionalities.
He has technical expertise in end-to-end process planning. Creates data flows and job descriptions and skills as required.
Responsible for defining acceptance criteria for product identification. Being responsible for documenting the requirements and acceptance criteria through the process, provides guidance to other members of the project management team.
Collaborate with Developers, Engineers and QA to align design and delivery plans. Ensure that the engineering team needs information about the scope, installation and installation.
Assists in resolving technical issues and coordinates solutions between multiple technical teams. Perform performance validation against customer and business objectives and acceptance criteria.
Determines technical capabilities, technical specifications and support from neighboring technology groups as required. Communicates effectively with technology and business teams independently.
Defines product performance and effectiveness metrics that measure and measure product success. Monitors performance to find opportunities for continuous improvement.
Drives coordination and improvement between product, design and development teams. Keeps abreast of new technology capabilities and applies knowledge to contribute to product solutions.
Recommends and implements new product and strategy plans. Collaborate with other product managers to define and maintain upcoming projects and roadmaps.
Manage digital product traffic across teams.
Basic Qualifications

Hands-on experience building roadmaps, milestones, features, reporting, writing user reports, optimizing product backends, and coordinating/leading conflicting issues in a live environment speed and many people involved (5 years). Industry experience in a technology environment with a history of successfully delivering complex products (7+ years).
