As sr. OCM, you will focus on store testing and innovation at Starbucks. You will monitor and lead work on our new pipeline, key strategic initiatives and provide advice and support to our partners, clients and businesses.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Supports corporate strategy and plans for implementation by creating content, implementation, communication and support plans for assigned projects, programs and initiatives. Develops advanced and/or innovative implementations and/or evaluation processes to ensure quality, alignment and operational efficiency prior to deployment.
Leading many lines of work. Maintains direction and trains associates to achieve results; Establishes clear expectations, procedures and timelines for assigned work.
Collects feedback and project information to identify issues to be addressed and improve performance. Ensure programs and support strategies are well designed and can be integrated with existing tools and processes.
Analyzes and evaluates the relationship between projects and their impact. Work cross-functionally to fully understand the middleware and ensure that the solution supports the related work streams.
Collaborate with peers, manager and director to support and make decisions on strategic plans and projects that affect Starbucks retail stores. Provides business service ideas and technical expertise on projects, programs and strategies to increase sales-related performance, profitability and customer and partner/relationship experience.
Ensure that all members working on the program or program understand and work towards the achievement of the project or program company’s vision, goals and objectives. Provide strategic implementation and advice to global operations leaders using the Retail Operating Model (considering partner, customer and business impact) as a filter and process.
Advises the director and program or project owners on the review or implementation of existing policies and procedures.
We would like to hear from people who have:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Starbucks field management experience (3 years) or 6 years of continuous experience overseeing operations and teams, including 3 years managing multiple business units and 3 years in implementation and/or management projects in commercial or hotel areas.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required
Ability to apply knowledge of business principles and multidisciplinary practices to achieve successful results in cross-functional projects and programs.
Strong knowledge of retail store operations, processes and procedures
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to work and influence at all levels of the organization
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to manage large or complex projects
