This role contributes to Starbucks success by creating and providing leadership in the planning, design, implementation and analysis of complex, multi-year and multi-engineering management and automation programs. Communicate human, financial and other matters, liaise with external and internal vendors and client advocates on program matters, and provide professional guidance and direction for the team to achieve corporate strategic goals or desired results. Coordinates multiple program activities based on established principles and best practices. Form and act in accordance with Starbucks guidelines.
As a program manager, you:
Go to department(s) that support the business and the development of a well-defined vision, message, business statement and program that will result. Collaborate with business partners and other team members to ensure successful program execution. Ensure program activities adhere to established company standards. Develop an integrated strategy that includes program activities, strategic planning, revenue accumulation, profit opportunities, internal impact, indicators, risks, assumptions, constraints, and overall program investment. Update program plans, priorities and processes as required. Ensure that all team members working on the program understand and work to achieve the company’s vision, goals and objectives of the program. Analyze and evaluate dependencies between projects and their impact on the program. Support and implement program improvements to meet changing information parameters and requirements.
Review the implementation of projects to ensure that milestones and budgets are achieved and that work is performed effectively to achieve overall program goals and objectives. Communicate event status to participants and stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner. Escalate to ensure that issues are resolved as required. Give the government a program.
Oversees the financial well-being of the program by evaluating profitability and financial management. Develop and review program budgets. Work with the business department to raise funds for program needs.

Analyze critical information to make effective decisions or recommendations. Develop RFPs and research proposals and conduct contract negotiations as required to meet business needs. Manage project budgets. Develop and implement technical strategies and various technical services within distribution, manufacturing or packaging to improve efficiency, increase capacity and reduce costs. Builds cross-functional trust as a team leader on complex projects and initiatives. Establishes cross-functional coordination with QA, Engineering, Manufacturing, and business units or other relevant departments by participating in key decisions on complex projects and strategic plans.
Identifying the best strategies for conflict resolution. Buy other partners in skill development and good leadership. Provides training and education when necessary. Builds advanced process improvements and test cases for client-driven technical projects. Develops technology solutions in a cost-effective manner. Influences team and organizational structure to establish coordination across projects.
