This role helps Starbucks succeed by leading the red team in its work to improve detection, strengthen defenses, improve response plans, and improve cybersecurity programs in general. Provide an adversary-based assessment program that simulates threat actors, tests and supports existing security controls that include announced and unannounced testing. As a Red Team Leader, you will be responsible for the organization and success of the program that develops, documents and implements methods, processes, tools and procedures that reflect the actions of the stakeholders. external threat. Summary of main functions

Develop, document, and effectively implement methods, techniques, tools, and procedures that mimic the behavior of external threat actors. Act as an expert speaker for the red team. Collaborate with other stakeholders and the GCS (Global Cybersecurity Services) team.
Define and maintain operational standards and rules of engagement for red team projects. Build, develop and manage the red team of the world.

Basic Qualifications

More than 10 years of work experience in information technology training. 5+ years of hands-on experience in test placement / red team.
Extensive experience in multiple IT domains. Advanced knowledge of network security applications and vulnerabilities.
Experience with offensive tools and platforms. Good problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be honest and trustworthy.
