The Starbucks experience begins in the building of the factory with a team of top professionals including planning, storage, packaging, roasting, aqueous treatment, maintenance, engineering and logistics.

This project contributes to the success of Starbucks by focusing on process optimization. It focuses on challenges and projects that create and innovate technologies to improve the productivity and capacity of the soluble coffee manufacturing process.

Sr Process Engineers will:

  • Evaluate the benefits of new engineering technologies and improve manufacturing methods. Involves engineering principles and solves operational problems for specific processes.
  • Analyze the financial and operational impact of business initiatives by applying logic to problem solving and other analytical methods. Assess critical information to make effective decisions or recommendations.
  • Develop and implement engineering conceptions in specific technical functions to improve efficiency, increase capacity and reduce costs. Build cross-functional consensus (Operations, Maintenance and Infrastructure) on complex projects and initiatives.
  • Perform general plant engineering procedures. Easy improvement of working relationships. We work closely with maintenance, operations, quality and engineering. Develop and implement advanced methods to measure, analyze and improve equipment performance and communicate critical elements to plant improvement plans.
  • We work with and train our supervisors and partners to continually develop new knowledge to improve management processes and improve performance. Historical data is often used to identify factors related to health and reliability.
