The Associate Facilities Analyst CAFM invests in the future of Southwest’s workforce by supporting Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and System Integrated Workplace Management (IWMS). This role oversees data integration between assets and IWMS tools and provides administrative support. We also maintain Revit As-Built information through closed loop capitalization development and use the background process model for documents and architectural drawings. The CAFM Associate Facilities Analyst is strategic and eager to join a growing team that supports planning, growth and optimization in the South West.
