Description

Southwest Airlines seeks remote Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional assistance to passengers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and other related queries.
  • Provide accurate information about Southwest Airlines’ policies, fares, schedules, and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, striving to achieve first-contact resolution.
  • Process refunds, vouchers, and compensation requests according to company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Utilize various software systems and tools to access customer information and update records accurately.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while addressing customer needs, building rapport and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately input and retrieve information from computer systems.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
  • Must be located in the United States and authorized to work in the country.
