The Technical Operations Manager (Tech Ops) invests in the future of Southwest employees by helping to manage small programs, projects, and initiatives within the Tech Ops department. This role joins the Tech Ops Portfolio and Initiatives Team, where they will work with Tech Ops Leaders, Portfolio Managers and Projects teams to analyze and evaluate delivery opportunities, help identify issues, mid-terms and legal business cases. . This role and its team support a variety of efforts in Tech Ops and across the company that promote process design, new process innovation, compliance, technology and technology development, and business strategy. In addition, the Project Manager will provide executive level reports to communicate effectively with all levels of customers and ensure technical service concepts are understood and considered in business decisions and company.
