The Finance Department is responsible for managing the financial and commercial aspects of the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products area of The Walt Disney Company.
The Undergraduate Associate position is a unique position where candidates can gain valuable real-world financial experience while attending college. Successful applicants may be placed in various departments based on a combination of organizational needs and candidate preferences. Units may include Experience & Productivity Bonuses and Vacation Bonuses.
Functions:
Collaborate with the Disneyland Resort finance team on financial analysis, support and data entry, and build relationships with other areas of the organization. Other duties may include reporting, data analysis and strategic planning including annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts.
