Full Job Description:
Assists in the management and supervision of Associates within the assigned work area by assigning duties to Associates; communication goals and
feedback; rail partners and systems and processes; provide guidance and direction to partners and team members’ work methods and
procedures to ensure that member complaints and issues are resolved in accordance with company guidelines; ensure compliance with company policies and
process; support the open door policy; and participate in the recruitment, deployment, planning, promotion, training and evaluation of partners.
Maintains facility security in accordance with company policies and procedures by performing security clearances; follow the procedure for seeing the forklift and
management and disposal of hazardous materials; follow standard industry standards; and fix and report bad conditions
management. Supports Sam’s Club’s ecommerce strategy at the club by overseeing the operation of the ecommerce program (eg, Club Pick Up, Ship From
Clubs, etc.); monitor online customer feedback; working to resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to management; and
identifies processes that cause problems and supports management in implementing solutions.
Manage the Associates supporting the ecommerce program by training and providing resources to meet the needs of store associates; providing services;
giving feedback; communication purposes; and ensuring affiliate coverage in the ecommerce platform. Planning and implementing Sam’s club processes into the club using key performance indicators to improve club performance; customer survey
rules to ensure that they are properly executed; ensure resources are available and ready for partners; maintain the popularity of Club Pickup
plans and execution objectives; go to the club to check the performance of the processor; train and provide resources to meet partner needs; review
performance and procedures and determine their impact on the entire Club; and support the development of new metrics through feedback and
measure CPU performance using current metrics.
Support projects to improve CPU performance in the club by improving KPI and leadership insights to address operational gaps;
a suitable model to pick up and input for other partners; perform process maintenance; monitor the implementation of the program plan
and work and identify any gaps; implement solutions to improve productivity and organizational structure; and communicate with others to ensure that
Sam’s Club Pickup is well received by staff. Provides service to team members by understanding the individual and identifying their needs; provide advice and support to members regarding
personal service technology; help members make purchasing decisions; find goods; solve team problems and issues; promotes
products and services of the company.
Maintains sales floor and inventory display in accordance with company policies and procedures by managing effectively
complaints and returns; zoning of the area; storage, processing and processing of goods; set up, clean and organize product displays; delete
