We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager (SEM) with strong analytical skills, business acumen and a deep understanding of search marketing to join our Performance Marketing team. You will work to improve the portfolio performance of a seven-figure monthly SEM budget to drive sales growth.

Manage the day-to-day operations of our paid search marketing strategy, set up campaigns, promote sales, ad content, landing pages, and more.
Monitor and report daily SEM portfolio performance using our in-house SEM system and conduct analysis and analysis using Excel, Tableau and SQL. Create a roadmap for continuous innovation testing to drive growth and continuous optimization to increase efficiency and achieve performance goals.
Conduct tests on SEM best practices, including:
Extension portfolio
Traffic solutions
Advertising copy testing
Thinking about data. You will analyze performance metrics from internal database tools, third party systems, APIs and data feeds to drive profit growth.
Analyze the test results using Excel & R to determine if the results fit the pass criteria and are statistically significant. Think big, you’ll prepare, analyze and communicate performance metrics of completed projects to team members and business leaders.
Be flexible in the ever-changing search environment and be aware of the latest trends and best practices. Work with our in-house research and technology team to conduct in-depth performance analysis and drive the next generation of our portfolio management tools.
