The Tesla Product Knowledge team is responsible for ensuring that Tesla employees, customers and other Tesla stakeholders around the world know about Tesla products and how they engage with Tesla’s message. Our team creates internal and external educational content on Tesla products. We manage company-wide product updates, support programs, and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across the industry on product information. We pride ourselves on creating fun, engaging, accessible and friendly experiences that create the Tesla culture and make employees and customers feel confident and connected to Tesla products. This learning content includes videos, automotive UI streams, mobile app streams, internal communications, reference guides, online tutorials, instructor-led live sessions, websites, etc. We cover our vehicles, their accessories, solar and energy storage offerings, our facilities, our robots, and the software and hardware that support them. We are a small, highly visible group with a very important mission. As such, the pace is fast and change is constant. We do a lot of work all the time. Functions:
