CAFM Analyst partners invest in the future of Southwest by supporting Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Integrated Workspace Management Systems (IWMS). This service oversees and provides configuration support for database integration between Applications and IWMS applications. They maintain Revit As-Built records through the capital’s closing process and use their knowledge of technical standards for building records and structural drawings. The CAFM Associate Facilities Analyst has a strategic mindset and is eager to join a growing team supporting strategic planning, growth and development in the Southwest. Other details:

Combine our existing software to create a complete IWMS
Generate reports from the CAFM database
Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure reliable data that will help our clients make informed decisions
Provide training in a variety of ways to use technology tools
Manage master CAD files for industrial installations
Collaborate with other departments to gather data needed to improve utilization of Southwest Airlines space

Act as the team’s subject matter expert for CAFM processes, construction drawings, construction file management and application-related support.
May prepare documents and lead or participate in service review meetings, assurance tests, and work with vendors and other departments.

Knowledge of design processes, tools and principles involved in creating accurate design patterns, patterns, drawings and models.
Knowledge of data analysis
The ability to use logic and reasoning to determine the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to a problem
Ability to uncover causes to solve complex problems
Education
Required: High school diploma or GED
Experience:
Entry-level experience, developing skills and knowledge in:
AutoCAD
translate
Spatial/habitat planning
BOMA Principles.
Using an FM system or similar CAFM system for spatial control. Using a maintenance log or similar resource management tool
