The Director of Operations is responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional experience, developing the team, and managing the day-to-day vehicle delivery operations. Our managers will deliver positive results and achieve quarterly, monthly, monthly targets in all areas of customer, people, operations and finance. The ideal candidate has the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, excellent time management skills and is optimistic about driving change and motivating team members. This service supports Tesla’s real-time messaging to ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience for our customers. What To Do
• lead the car preparation team of the car and book experts.
• Work hard to establish individual and team goals for car assistants, drafters and car coordinators and work hard to train, manage and develop them. • Assists in the planning, implementation and monitoring of vehicle readiness and project operations, including but not limited to the coordination of vehicle movement within vehicle lots and delivery stations, delivery system tracking, maintenance vehicles, dealer operations, lot processing and maintenance, and operator support.
• Help control expenses, including personnel, equipment and services. • Collaborate with other departments, especially the Customer Experience Manager and the Service Department to improve the customer experience.
• Represents Tesla in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others inside and outside the company. • Monitor daily delivery, create reporting metrics, and effectively monitor information with your manager.
• Always focus on improving the Tesla delivery experience. • Demonstrate knowledge of DMV market requirements and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned business needs. • Meet and exceed KPIs, partner to meet sales and delivery goals and P&L requirements for position
• marketing services management; Strong support and store management ability to direct the sales floor during the manager’s role.

• Responsible for ensuring that all employees provide a best in class experience in every interaction
