Summary Of Jobs And Careers:

The Product Manager plays a critical role in managing the evolution of key technology platforms for our clients, including the Passenger Service System (PSS – SHARES). This leadership role is critical to keeping up with company trends, managing the delivery and evolution of our PSS capabilities, and working to improve strategic planning, business research and business development. Product management
Lead or participate in product strategy specification
Maintain effective working relationships with business and technology leaders, industry experts and partners
Be the primary interface for business and technical leaders for assigned products
Create and manage product maps
Manage continuous updates of product roadmap and communication between multiple stakeholders
Define and manage product KPIs including key business and financial metrics
Brand new
Analyze and translate competitive areas to influence product changes
Join the company’s executive board – be a United supporter by influencing their direction
Manage new programs for assigned products
Project delivery
Manage business case development for strategic initiatives
Book and conduct business analysis for strategic planning

Excellent problem solving, listening, written and verbal communication, and decision making skills
Effective individual with the ability to work with large project teams to manage, support and resolve issues
Ability to understand, communicate and interact effectively with a wide range of people at all levels
Demonstrated skills in project planning, road map development and detailed progress reporting
Legal authorization to work in the United States should be given to anyone who works without a permit
