This manager will lead the development of food, health and beauty consumer products and be responsible for the design and product development of all types of food, health and beauty products for all ages, from concept to production.
What to do:
Lead product strategy, product planning, and product design and development for all food, beverage, health and beauty brands, including but not limited to wine, desserts, snacks and cosmetics while building relationships with licensees, brands and vendors, and internal marketers. Product teams and partners across the organization.
FHB’s own product development, from creative vision and launch with partners, from retail launch, ensures that the variety is well designed in the market and there is a proper business differentiation, all over the world. Coordinate closely with the Marketing Product Manager and Creative Director on all acquisitions for product development and packaging.
Take a leadership role in promoting/influencing the creative translation/extension of our brand into FHB’s customer products, keeping an eye on new and market-relevant developments while overseeing the ownership structure. Using good budgets, licensees, marketers and brands on how to turn our brand into a successful product for all Netflix properties that will be merchandised.
If necessary, create creative tools and instructions that help motivate and drive new ways to create products and bring them to market. Lead the improvement of the effectiveness of our relationships with vendors, licensees and brands, focusing on speed to market and impact.
What we want from you:
3+ years of proven experience designing and developing consumer products in the food, health and beauty industries – with knowledge of vertical product development and capabilities. Strong flexibility and ability to innovate.
Experience with multiple areas is a plus. Ability and track record of initiative, judgment and learning from mistakes.
