As a project manager and developer within the team, you will be responsible for supporting and educating our ISP partners through all aspects of the Open Connect Appliance (OCA) site deployment, next-generation requests and connected OCA together, along with other improvements and features. part. of our partnership – with the overall goal of making the partner experience scalable and sustainable. You will be actively involved in developing and expanding our partner resources, with a specific focus on partner education and training.

Collaborate in a collaborative environment with other globally distributed partners and face-to-face support teams within Open Connect – including partner engagement, reliability engineering, network engineering, operations customers, partner services work on the same device.
Develop and expand our partner infrastructure, focusing on partner education and training
Be the main point of contact for support, questions and partner requests
Support partners through every phase of the engagement, from initial inquiry to follow-up and maintenance
