Full Job Description:

The Talent Coordinator provides administrative support to the Talent Management team, including data entry, scheduling and special projects. The project provides an opportunity to learn the business practices of production in a complex multi-project film post-production environment.

What To Do:

Assists the talent management team with day-to-day activities, including:
Updates services and schedules in the database
Scheduling process for talent management, including cross-departmental meetings and presentations
Travel planning and organization
Expense reports
Various administrative duties as required, including but not limited to creating spreadsheets, charts and Google Maps
One-week e-mail information for each presentation and scheduling of one-week meetings; record and share the minutes of the meeting
Act as a point of contact for technical managers regarding organizational and technical issues
Coordinate the implementation of end-of-democracy evaluations and monitor progress to completion
Update and maintain privacy files and databases, including credit listings and disclosure requests
Contact point for conference room reservations, including setting up on-site meetings
Organize and manage site resources, including cataloging, shipping and maintenance
Coordinates workplace talent management and IT needs
Coordinates on-site talent management and guest training
Sometimes acts as a backup for those who help the senior staff
Assists in the planning and coordination of various programs in the ILM department
Special duties as required on an ongoing basis as assigned

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in film production or equivalent
At least one year of related experience
Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite
Must be able to multitask, work with a variety of people, and meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
