What is a job as a warehouse associate like?
– Follow all safety procedures and procedures to ensure a safe workplace for all team members
– Attend a safety course to learn how to work safely in a warehouse environment
– Pick up, load and ship items to shops and guests
– Ensure that merchandise in the store and our guests are handled properly
– Work safely, quickly and efficiently to manage loads and move goods throughout the warehouse
– Maintain a safe, clean and organized workplace
– Commit to work on time and complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time
– Participate in problem solving to support continuous improvement
– Maintains a positive and respectful attitude while working independently in a team environment

Job Requirements:
• Able to lift and carry loads weighing 35-50 lbs. Often during transitions
• Ability to lift and carry goods up to 60 lbs. sometimes during transition
• Standing, walking, bending, pulling, stretching, bending and reaching during transitions
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude when working independently and in a team environment
• Can use basic math skills effectively (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Can clearly read name, ticket and other product documents
• Computer systems or mobile devices can be used with minimal instruction after training
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to understand, speak and read English with sufficient fluency to follow safety and other policies, training and instructions.
