As a member of the Customer Service team, you will identify gaps and find opportunities in the end-to-end customer experience. Review all the details of each goal and identify areas for improvement. - We work with the Delta CX team and the Delta Brand Experience team to improve the experience for our mutual customers and potential customers.
- Evaluate customer experience using existing and new tools.
- Document and communicate progress, issues, problem analysis and solutions to team members.

- Be a key customer experience leader and be trusted to provide recommendations/summaries to the board.
- Work with your CX cross-functional (POD) team to manage project activities to achieve business goals. Act as SME on all CX projects, seek opportunities to act, develop and implement plans to drive further improvements.
- Develop and implement a pilot project strategy.
