The OBS Customer Representative will join the Atlanta OnBoard Services Catering team to deliver a world-class dining experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a service-focused team at Delta’s busiest and largest airport in the world. The right candidate will demonstrate a desire to make our dining experience and FA relationship a high-quality and memorable product.
Determine the best flight attendants and conduct kitchen inspections during serving to minimize problems/waste.
Facilitates the closure of “holds” from terminal access points to reduce reliance on trucking.
Use IFS and OBS to service PME products for ATL restoration details
Track, trace and deliver “surprises and delights” targeting MI-19 systems, locations and personnel.
Support and participate in the “Catering Specification Blitz” at the IFS trade show for “communication and feedback” on products, specifications and change management.
Active in social media/Sky Hub posts and promotions, for creation and awareness of the ATL OBS brand
The work requires constant movement, it is necessary to actively move around and be responsible for all aspects of the food service
The position requires a customer service mind to diffuse difficult situations and resolve issues effectively and on the fly
Performs different tasks depending on the area of operation: however, in some cases, employees may be required to perform all tasks.
