Full Job Description
Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Service Representative (referred to as: Branch Product Support Representative) and Banker Liaison for Personal and Small Business Banking. This work is initially 100% onsite and able to work in a hybrid system – one week onsite and one week at home. The hybrid qualification starts at six months assuming that the performance expectations and the appropriate work from the housing conditions are met.

In this role, you will:
Take internal calls, providing process and resource support to branch staff. Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
Provide resources that allow branch staff to recommend the best products and services to customers. Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with internal partners.
Collaborate and consult with peers and managers to solve problems and achieve goals. Receive guidance from management and exercise personal judgment while developing the knowledge necessary to understand operations, policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications, United States:
2+ years of experience dealing with people or customers, demonstrated through work, military, or education
Degree Required:
Ability to provide strong customer service while handling complex transactions and perform extensive research to solve complex customer problems
