As a Senior Cyber Security Analyst within the CSIRT, you will help lead the team in evaluating information security programs and activities in target environments. In this role, you will use your collaborative skills and problem-solving skills while working in a team of skilled researchers to solve complex problems in the CyberFusion environment. Center (CFC) 24 hours. 24/7. will implement new processes and procedures identified by the CSIRT and CFC management to ensure continued progress in the monitoring, detection and reduction of Targets. You will use your expert-level information security knowledge to monitor SIEM and security environments for security issues and alerts for potential (or active) threats, intrusions and/or breaches. You will lead the internal training of CSIRT investigators to ensure their continued education as an investigator and their growth. You will work to understand the global threat landscape by working with the Intel Target Cyber Treat team to maintain awareness. You will review and direct requests from internal teams and expand information security programs in accordance with Target’s cybersecurity emergency response plan. In addition, you will lead the containment of the threat and adjust the environment during the event or after it. Will will act as a leader during the CyberHunt You must apply your professional-level knowledge to write a comprehensive incident investigation report.

About You:
4-year degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience specifically in information security technology or data privacy audits or PCI-DSS audits
Demonstrates leadership skills that help achieve desired results
Security certification (eg Security+, GCIA, GCIH, CISSP)
Good understanding of advanced security and networking concepts (operating systems, intrusion/detection, TCP/IP, ports, etc.)
Expertise in host and network security applications
Expertise in network monitoring and SOC environments
Expert in incident response systems leading large incident response programs
Ability to demonstrate professional-level analytical skills, strong attention to detail, excellent critical thinking, reasoning and adaptive learning.
Knowledge of malware analysis and security forensics preferred
The ability to navigate the void and develop business relationships
Excellent written and oral communication skills
