In Partner Marketing, our goal is to increase awareness of the Netflix brand and capture subscriber acquisition through partnerships and advanced promotions. Our partners range from respected global brands to beloved local businesses and through our partnerships we gain new investment opportunities, new audiences and wider reach. Working closely with other internal marketing teams, we help solve our partners’ business problems through inspired marketing that resonates with people. on Netflix that they subscribed and watched.

Functions:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing marketing services through the marketing channels and key markets of our partners (Broadband / Pay TV / Mobile Operators). They will work as an important link between our wider mutual market; Business development names regions, products and market groups to define best practices

Main Functions:

Work closely with the Marketing Partner team to build strong relationships with marketing teams across the Northern Europe region (eg KPN, Proximus, Telia, Telenor, Nuuday).
Create and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for new and existing partner offerings focusing on the full business cycle including retail, call center, e-commerce and sales incentives and cross-channel with the partner base. Use insights to define how we can drive incremental growth by defining audience segments, key opportunities, channel segmentation, and delivering targeted content.
Work with marketing agencies/creators to create compelling content that promotes what our partners offer and embeds our content. Responsible for the creation of all promotional materials: digital assets, social media, marketing assets and key communications.
Ensure that we are maximizing the impact of our marketing campaigns and investments through continuous testing, and identifying corrective actions to improve where necessary. Alongside marketing partners, partner solutions, and business development managers, negotiate for integrations to maximize Netflix exposure across marketing channels and partner tools.
Secure opportunities to engage, train, and motivate sales teams across all marketing channels (call center, retail). Explore opportunities to grow the business and establish best practices across EMEA.
Direct editing and copying during the creation, editing and delivery of Netflix-produced partner assets. Manage materials for local implementation: tools, learning materials, partner portals and creative studies.
