Responsible for planning and executing cross-functional initiatives with RMDO dependencies to ensure effective revenue management (RMDO) and in-sync marketing and integration with Delta Vacations’ overall strategic approach. Coordinate internally and across the organization to ensure projects are managed from concept to production, including defining, iterating, prioritizing, sharing, and testing.

- RMDO team business owners manage both start-up operations and joint operations for important work and necessary cooperation to improve the technology business.
- Support innovation and execution of RMDO’s product/technology approach, including end-to-end manufacturing. We work closely within RMDO to provide marketing services and advice on climate change/development and distribution.
- Provide business information that includes product, features, requirements, certification standards, and documentation including test leads/support as needed. Also maintain academic records or project/product information.
- Provide an impact assessment to assess the impact on other RMDO company policies, procedures and products. Drive the product design process with user experience and expertise.
- Work in an agile environment, regularly reviewing the business, adjusting priorities, flagging priorities and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks.
- Manage other Agile disciplines including but not limited to upstream product testing, daily stand-up, stakeholder requirements and other publicity.
- Work closely with other DLV product owners and new business teams to develop and implement consistent processes and procedures across the organization.
- Work with RMDO to conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify and communicate opportunities and threats to your RMDO strategy with solutions.

- We constantly evaluate our processes and make recommendations to improve performance.
- Comply with all company and department policies/procedures and government regulations.
- Participate in meetings related to assigned responsibilities.
