Strong technical knowledge of databases (Teradata) and experience in running SQL queries on big data
Experience with data visualization in Tableau or similar tools
Ability to retrieve, analyze and manipulate large data; experience with Tableau, R, Alteryx, SQL and/or Business Objects
Good understanding of financial principles and concepts
Advanced Excel proficiency and organizational skills
Ability to work and make important decisions independently
Demonstrated track record in developing new tools to drive the business forward
The ability to extract important business insights from data
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail
Financial experience preferred
Explanation:
This role resides within AppleCare and is responsible for supporting the current end-to-end billing and summary process for core AppleCare maintenance programs. You will perform ongoing data analysis and processing, including but not limited to ensuring data storage is fully populated from upstream systems, cleaning/analyzing sensitive data and generating preliminary invoices for third party audits . You will also create and manage dashboards to gain insight into billing options and information. Businesses will use your dashboard for real-time event management and some of our larger partners as well as yours to deliver comprehensive business analytics to keep your management informed of critical trends. You will also be required from time to time to perform other duties necessary for the business development of AppleCare.
