Main Duties:
- The Senior Director – Cyber Defense works with the Cyber Defense leadership team to support the execution of key projects.
- This individual will use their business and technology acumen to drive results, enabling collaboration within and across teams across cybersecurity and digital risk, as well as across the enterprise.
- This individual will be responsible for managing complex projects and operations that will enable United to better protect the organization by utilizing and enhancing its processes and technologies.
- Lead teams and manage individuals to achieve results.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
- Ability to define, develop and implement work processes that ensure progress towards organizational goals
- Skills to carry out multi-functional initiatives
