As a Starbucks Shift Manager, you will model the store values that define our Starbucks experience. Customer service experience in retail or restaurant – 1 year
Basic Qualifications:
Manage late arrivals and departures, with or without reasonable accommodation
Available to work shift hours which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulations, including serving safe food and beverages, financial management, and safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Six (6) months of experience in a position that requires constant interaction with customer requests and satisfaction
Prepare and supervise the preparation of food and beverages according to standard or recipe for customers, including processing variables such as temperature, number of ingredients or substitutes.
At least six (6) months of experience delegating work to other workers and/or coordinating the work of two (2) or more workers.
