What Are You Doing:

Acts as senior technology leader to ensure adherence to best practices and project goals.

Provide level 3 internal support for the implementation of technology in IT operations. Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose advanced issues. Monitor your bug status and support issues that need to be fixed.
