AMEX Insurance Company provides coverage to American Express cardholders through card benefits and additional liability/insurance products for cardholders and non-cardholders. This work will reside in the AAFC’s Claims and Services Division, whose primary responsibilities include insurance policies and claims underwriting, service and litigation; This role offers an exciting opportunity in managing travel and medical claims within the complex range of professional product lines within AMEX Assurance Co. Insurance portfolio.
Services include, but are not limited to:
Investigating/investigating using available tools and making outbound calls to resolve complaints
Communicate via text and/or phone conversation with the customer, to ensure a speedy resolution
Decisions about complaints about these products
Manage state compliance
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of customer service experience
Customer first principles are demonstrated through excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Interest in special projects
Strong phone skills
Ability to adapt to multiple requirements, changing priorities and rapid changes in work processes
Ability to use methods with minimal supervision to produce results
Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent computer skills, including MS Word and Excel

If a license is not currently in use, the candidate must be able to obtain the relevant license within the allotted time prior to training. When hired, the candidate will have 3 attempts to pass the Oklahoma licensing exam. If the test, to get your license, cannot be passed in 3 attempts, the job will be terminated. We have a 98% success rate.

As part of the Bring Your Own Internet (BYOI) program, you’ll need to find a phone and Internet provider that meets our connection needs and arrange a connection before your start date.
