Roundel’s Senior Director of Sales Development plays a critical role in helping our Group Solution Partner (PSG) achieve annual and annual revenue goals. Roundel’s General Sales Manager plays an important role in onboarding all new members of PSG to help them implement Roundel’s sales strategy and become strong representatives of Roundel in the market. . They will have onboarding account management experience to ensure they are ready for the market. Roundel’s Business Development Manager oversees one-on-one coaching of sales teams, including sales visits to better understand how they can help the team succeed. They ultimately become sales champions, helping our salespeople reach their full potential.
Functions:
Set annual learning and development goals for the Solutions Partner team
Conduct a skills gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
Increases sales volume and closing margin and optimizes sales cycle management
Collaborate with design education teams to design, review/review AEs and AM, Simulation Development Sales and Sales Certification Program
He oversees the onboarding experience of new AEs
Check in with the AE Performance Manager – participate in customer relationships to improve marketing potential
Help marketing managers and EAs identify marketing activities and strategies that can help them achieve their marketing goals and meet customer needs.
Good knowledge and understanding of all products and services – Serves as an ability to work and develop effective teaching skills
Keeps abreast of marketing strategies, tactics, strategies and best practices
Develop a training program for EAs who do not reach 80% of the assigned quota – Create individual development plans in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
