What Will You Do Next?

  • Develop and implement company-wide strategies and plans for employee events and programs designed to improve culture, engagement, advocacy, ownership effectiveness and capacity retention at all levels of employee travel, across all geographies and functional areas.
  • Promote team awareness and internal communication by organizing and implementing employee and management meetings and events to keep employees informed and connected with their peers and leaders.
  • Collaborate with the Delta Vacations Inclusive Marketing, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee to help develop DEI’s internal strategies, plans and activities to promote inclusion.
  • Work with the Community Engagement and Sales team to promote, grow and maintain various social media and internal staff.
  • Manage travel voucher process, database and budget, including fulfillment of vouchers and vouchers for internal promotion and community rewards.
  • Work with Marketing Strategy and the Delta team to facilitate internal rebate programs to drive product testing and approval.
