Job Description:

Southwest Airlines is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a Remote Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and the travel industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from clients regarding reservations, flight information, and general inquiries.

2. Assist clients with booking, changing, and cancelling flights as needed.

3. Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

4. Provide guidance and support to clients navigating our online booking system.

5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

6. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

Requirements:

1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

2. Resilient and passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

3. Strong persuasion and communication skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
