Deliver world-class customer service, while responding to customer questions and concerns through multiple channels (call, chat, mobile messaging)
Create meaningful relationships with our customers through the research process, understanding their current and future needs, providing first contact decisions, and negotiating for the best results for the customer and American Express.
Improve the experience of our customers by identifying opportunities to offer products based on the needs of our cardholders
Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance standards and productivity goals
Explore IT systems and applications to serve our customers and get the most out of our online and mobile platforms
Record important information, such as payment details, customer details changes, address changes, and travel status
