Full Job Description:
Service personnel assist in the transportation of passengers with reduced mobility and passengers must be served by transfer to the aircraft in accordance with all CFR 14 DOT382 regulations. Upon arrival, the representative will assist the passenger at the airport and with baggage claim and at the airport curb. Assistance includes changing seats in the seat and transporting all passengers in and out of the seat of the aircraft, if necessary. Representatives must ensure that all services are provided in a professional, ethical and non-discriminatory manner that reflects management standards and company expectations. Agents may also be appointed to help guide and monitor passengers at specific stops and offices.

A combination of education and experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the United States as defined in the Immigration Act of 1986. You must pass a criminal background check. Education: High School Diploma/GED
Years of experience:
- At least 1 year of customer service.
- At least 1 year of experience in the aviation industry. Valid/unexpired driver’s license
- Knowledge of Allegiant customer service and ground operating procedures.
People oriented and driven, with a positive and friendly attitude. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers with professionalism and sincerity.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints.
- Ability to perform tasks in a busy and changing environment.

- You must pass the passenger security check several times a day.
- You may need help with other maintenance and safety aspects of your job.
- Take all necessary and necessary precautions to ensure the personal health and safety of our passengers as well as our colleagues and other employees.
- Assist passengers in mounting and dismounting assistive devices, if necessary.
- Understand dangerous passengers for aircraft cargo and notify guards.
- Immediately report to management any incident resulting in personal injury or damage to life or property.
Assist passengers with service animals (dogs) if necessary
- Comply with company health and safety policies.
- Document all instances of non-compliance using company reporting tools.
- Assist passengers in locating and escorting passengers to the correct boarding gate and to the aircraft, or to baggage claim and exit during check-in.
- Supports light security monitoring to prevent unauthorized access to work area.
- Involved in crowd control and maintenance of systems to promote passenger safety.
- Inform and advise passengers.
- Obtain guidance from managers, supervisors and all departments to ensure service issues are corrected and improved to provide quality service.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions to ensure quality of service is achieved while benefiting the production team and maintaining work in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with FAA, Allegiant Air and airport regulations.
