Full Job Description:

As a Senior Associate, you will be the face of Amazon and contribute to a compelling store culture based on customer satisfaction, trust, respect, integrity, continuous learning and a joke. You have a strong attention to detail, the ability to organize projects quickly, a willingness to learn new things and a commitment to delighting our customers. You will assist the manager in running the store, keep the keys to the store and take on floor management duties.

Main Functions:

Become an expert in interacting with customers by using effective customer engagement techniques and modeling required behaviors for other team members. Provide ongoing training in areas such as product knowledge, product quality training and store operations, and assist the manager in identifying training needs.
Keep store keys and open and close the store following proper procedures. Supportive house managers’ duties include providing peer-to-peer feedback on processes and standards, serving as a point of reference to help peer teams resolve customer issues as needed, training, delivering services and ensuring that the group takes a break and lunch is important.
Supports administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing payroll, reviewing time sheets, and time and attendance. Participate in partner and partner discussions as required.
Ensure the execution of product manufacturing processes, directing partners as required, including receiving, storing and filling products. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience and store operations by participating in the development of best practices and ongoing product knowledge.
Use an inventory management system to track, organize and count products. Be responsible for ensuring that the store and all areas are always clean.
Help identify and address barriers and processes that contribute to the customer and interaction experience and help the manager create a strong store culture. Works with the manager to maintain the physical safety and high standards of the store.
Work in a dynamic and complex environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
