Full Job Description:
The Director of Energy serves as the project manager for the Tesla BESS project. It is important to check safety, efficiency, schedule and budget. Construction leaders include site engineers, site managers, owner representatives, utilities, suppliers, AHJs, design, environmental and engineering consultants, the Tesla team and various teams at within Tesla. what are you doing:

- Work with contractors to develop site plans, site logistics plans and work schedules. Coordinates delivery of Tesla equipment and performs QA/QC activities related to providing information to employees and/or employers.
- Coordinates, manages and directs field staff, vendors and subcontractors, and interfaces with various project-related projects. Review daily work performance and prepare internal and external reports documenting overall performance as required.
