Workflow Controllers play a key role in Wayfair’s Execution Network for staffing, planning, and achieving site-specific goals. They are committed to being accurate, fast and cost effective in fulfilling the perfect order for their customers.

What Are You Doing:

  • Create daily work plans for the site and resolve discrepancies between plans, actuals and targets. Responsible for planning this cycle based on site managers and network priorities.
