Our Data Support team is looking for an application process to join our fast-paced service department. Candidates are responsible for making the correct and effective decision to apply electronic imaging in a production environment.

The main functions of the application process are:

  • In some cases, external contacts to members and/or service providers to verify information
  • Process and determine the requested information.
  • Ensure the integrity of the receipt of applications according to the application process and the decision process.
  • Handle complaints using state and federal laws and specific health plan standards.
  • Work within business hours to meet customer requirements for processing requested information
  • Comply with production and precision standards

This payment represents an hourly rate or a full-time annual basis for all jobs at the level of employment that this job involves. Actual salary will vary based on many factors such as experience, education, location, and other related factors.
