Full Job Description:
An operations consultant creates and maintains operational efficiencies to improve productivity within the shop. Advisor services support and empower the Customer Experience, Tesla Advisor and Management teams have and use the tools necessary to achieve and exceed goals. You will actively provide coordination and support to increase efficiency and productivity.
To be successful at Tesla, you must be strong, highly organized and hardworking. You must have a passion for sustainability and the ability to create exceptional customer experiences. Although individual contributions are recognized, teamwork is essential to achieve the highest level. We will reward team players who help others succeed and empower the teams around them.
What to do:
Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth transitions for customers and smooth delivery times
Demonstrate expertise in presenting, selling and delivering all Tesla environments. Prepare the customer’s loan application at the DMV before the delivery date and verify the authenticity
Improving Tesla’s strategic workflow for transportation and delivery
Keep a shop: placing orders, work orders, communication with suppliers
Fleet management of stores: project management, quality control
Support training, onboarding of new staff, organization and/or implementation of support
· Compiling and running daily and weekly reports to monitor store performance and improve
Manage EHS indicators and standards, cascade feedback or changes for a specific area
· Monitoring and execution of expenses
· Executive duties include opening/closing the store by conducting morning/evening meetings and closings.
· Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs, including sales and delivery

· Strong attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills

· Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays in the retail environment
Ability to obtain appropriate state authorization, if applicable
Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver’s license and acceptable and safe driving record
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Legal authorization to work in the United States
