Work
Quickly develop a deep understanding of the company’s products you will own and run. Create product roadmaps and work with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver new products and strategic improvements.
Manage products from concept to launch, iteratively deploying strategies to solve future business problems. Have a deep understanding and empathy for customer needs, using user research and creative feedback systems to support the best product ideas and solutions.
Collaborate with developers to create a simple and intuitive product experience. Conduct data and use data to determine the best opportunities that have the greatest impact on the business.
Collaborate with Engineers throughout the development process to design and deliver the best product requirements.
Is required
4+ years of product management experience. Experience with leading consumer or industry products.
Experience in developing product plans, business cases and project execution plans. Product concept generation, requirements, technology development, product testing, launch, user training and deployment.
Research methods to solve problems. Exceptional written and verbal skills.
Ability to reconcile short-term goals with a long-term vision. Ability to drive and influence business decisions based on data and metrics.
Strengths and extensive leadership experience allow you to lead, influence and organize complex multi-faceted projects. Analytical skills (knowledge of SQL, analytical tools, etc.)
Experience in process optimization (if they will work with ITAM)
Research experience (for business research / bot / chat services)
