Netflix is seeking a talented Program Developer to join its global CS Learning and Development (L&D) team. This role will support the learning needs of outsourced call centers operating global CS operations in APAC, EMEA and the Americas.
Our Global CS L&D team provides leadership, customer service and training resources that directly impact our agents, clients and businesses. This role reports to the Manager of Learning and Development, a global curriculum and will have the opportunity to develop effective and engaging learning experiences for call center representatives and executives.
Work
Analyze key audience characteristics and services to understand service expectations. Using various inputs, conduct a gap analysis to address operational issues and promote innovation. Address identified gaps and support curriculum-based interventions for technical and behavioral skills. As a strategic partner of the CS business, current literature and methods, research, and advice to close performance gaps.
Course design/training development
Source content and collaborate with industry experts to design and develop comprehensive and universal training content (e.g. materials for instructors and students, presentations, job aids and research materials) knowledge). Develop solutions (eg, instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, blended, etc.) that provide relevant, engaging, and productive learning experiences. Complete studies through research, pilot testing, etc. Program management
Define, document and manage learning program scope. Create, track and maintain work plans. Communicates effectively within and outside the group. Develop trusting working relationships with global and regional stakeholders to ensure coordination around key issues. Use data to show the impact of training programs.
What you should have
Bachelor’s degree in educational design or related degree, master’s degree is advantageous. 5+ years of experience designing and developing soft skills, tools and learning methodologies for multiple career levels.
Experience designing and developing a variety of educational offerings, from brief individualized educational offerings to multi-week classroom experiences. Excellent writing skills, including the ability to convey complex topics clearly and concisely.
Expertise in at least one e-learning scripting tool (Articulate Rise a plus) and experience working with Docebo or another LMS. A high level of independence and the ability to manage your time and work effectively.
Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, data-driven environment. Ability to manage concurrent tasks and maintain good attention to detail.
Experience collaborating and communicating effectively in a multi-cultural international environment. Experience of painting and teaching with diverse audiences is a plus.
Experience designing for a call center, service or marketing environment is beneficial. Passion for continuous improvement and familiarity with the latest learning trends.
