We are looking for an Equity Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day global operations and coordination of Netflix’s equity option programs.
Work:
Analyze current processes to develop new ideas that increase the effectiveness of strategic management and improve customer satisfaction. Answer user questions.
Create educational resources and support the training of project managers and company employees worldwide on the benefits and effectiveness of product planning. Collaborate with Netflix’s finance, payroll, taxes, talent and staff.
Participate in inventory control activities including daily exercise, payroll reporting, 10b5-1, annual open enrollment, and quarterly and year-end close. Prepare and initiate review of SEC filings, Forms 3, 4, and 5, and proxy statements, 10-K, 8-K.
Assist in the preparation of reports for business partners including payroll, tax, accounting, banking, global mobility, remittance providers and retail companies. Assist in the implementation and execution of international product plans.
Protect the integrity of source data and ensure its accuracy within our information systems. Some travel required.
The qualities we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent experience. 3 to 5 years experience in related field. Experience in administration of stock ownership plans preferred. Certified Equities Professional Certification preferred.
Attention to detail emphasizes control. A good communicator with strong organizational, problem solving and public speaking skills.
Able to work in a rapidly changing environment, manage competing interests and navigate uncertain terrain. Experience with Workday and Equity Edge Online is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
