This project will focus on providing solutions for all devices managed by the Endpoint Management System.
Must have:
Experience managing multiple devices using a mobile device management (MDM) system such as Google MDM, Jamf, or SimpleMDM
Working knowledge of using APIs for job automation
Familiarity with one or more general programming languages, including but not limited to: Ruby, Python, Swift or Go
Experience in troubleshooting issues related to managing mobile devices such as phones, tablets or ChromeOS devices
Act as an MDM subject matter expert when working with teams
Ability to use established industry standards, processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of engineering projects and high quality work products.
It is good to have:
Experience managing multiple devices running multiple operating systems (macOS, Windows, and Linux)
Experience managing endpoints using development processes
Learn how to create a complete document
Knowledge of database services (Google, Azure)
Knowledge of CI/CD for customer engineering processes and tools
