Battle Boss is currently seeking an Outbound Manager whose primary role involves overseeing and managing the outbound budget while driving business engagement and negotiation with teams, partners and vendors supporting the organization. different. This position will support the Project and Production Management team of Boss Fight. Work
Collaborate with production management to oversee outsourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships across the entire production and life cycle.
Must be able to advise and answer various questions related to the production of money from internal and external customers such as company directors, department heads, directors and managers and production staff . Manage annual/quarterly/monthly outsourcing reports.
Provide internal and external stakeholders with external budget change analysis. Collaborate with Production Management and Operations Manager to develop cost monitoring and control systems and budgets for all operations.
Develop research and strategies for this new and growing area of business. Performs other related duties as requested by the Director of Operations and Senior Management.
Look for new opportunities in remote offices for partnerships or vendor relationships to support business needs and expansion. Maintain ongoing relationships and build relationships with teams outside of Boss Fight and across the Netflix game portfolio.
Experience, skills and abilities:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or finance. Minimum of 3 years of experience working alongside a game development team in a business development or creative capacity preferred.
Working knowledge of union/guild contracts and experience negotiating advanced contracts with US and foreign vendors/partners. Applicants must be self-motivated, disciplined, highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong energy and enthusiasm for solving complex problems
Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Google Suite products
A skilled communicator with experience in collecting, organizing and presenting research. Must be curious and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
