As part of the global support team, you will lead a team of IT professionals who are the front-line for Netflix’s global operations and develop and learn our user experience and technology. Skills and experience
Experience managing a team of support staff working on a variety of projects, using technical tools and technical documentation.
Experience and demonstrated competency in project management and resource management
IT support/process management focuses on customer experience
You understand the processes and requirements of different work processes and prepare your team to manage work changes based on these requirements
Experience supporting cloud and SaaS applications with single sign-on, including Google Apps for Enterprise (Gmail, Calendaring, Drive, Sites and Groups)
Knowledge of database best practices
Experience supporting AV technologies including Google Hangouts, Google Meet, Chromebox for Meetings, and Crestron devices
Experience providing remote support through remote desktop solutions (ie. LogMeIn, TeamViewer)
You have experience with software development tools such as Zendesk, JIRA and Confluence, or similar products
You can review and document our process and support data to assess the importance and impact of issues
