The Netflix founding team is looking for a Systems Designer to help shape the next Hawkins series, our design system. The purpose of this work is twofold:
– create a larger design model by researching and identifying sharing opportunities across the product development team
– move seamlessly between the core elements of our system and the high performance ecosystem. As a systems developer in a team, you will work closely with the product development, engineering, content creation and design departments.

The Impossible:
3+ years of experience developing products and creating experiences for end customers
3+ years of experience building centralized or distributed systems in an organization with more than 40 developers
In-depth systems expertise to launch token and resource creation and issuance with high-level models.
The ability and willingness to adapt high and low to make important decisions and complete a detailed laboratory
Strong demonstration of technical skills and attention to detail
Good ability to navigate ambiguity, create organization and peer influence
Excellent communication skills to communicate decisions and common sense
Understanding of the broader system design community and the desire to create next-generation systems, tools and workflows.
Strong technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineers
Insights into solutions that can be driven at scale, across platforms
Experience developing and updating the brand through the design process
