Previous experience as an executive assistant in a water and logistics environment is essential. This position will be based in Los Gatos, CA in a hybrid setting.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Managed the duties of the VP in scheduling, travel and expenses in Los Gatos
Scheduling complex appointments, meetings and calls with high visibility, internally and externally
Organize travel arrangements and expense reporting processes
Create presentations and documents using Google Workspace
Help manage billing and invoicing requests from external consultants
Assist in preparing tax returns and responding to IRS and tax officials
Ability to contribute to team projects and activities as needed
Collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional teams across the organization to identify issues and solutions affecting organizational practices and cultural health.
Organize large groups of events and activities on site
